• Working groups. They incorporate two or three sanding groups depending on the model. The first group has a metal roller, ideal for calibration work. The second group has a rubberised roller. The third group, combined, includes a rubberised roller with a rubber and a removable aluminium pad, providing a large contact surface for precise sanding.
• Control panel. Located on the left front, it groups all the commands necessary for its operation in an accessible and clear way, with symbol or word identifications. The same panel can be used to control the raising and lowering of the feed table by means of specific pushbuttons, as well as to switch the machine on. In case of emergency, it is equipped with an easily accessible stop button.
• Feed table. Equipped with a rigid marble top surface, a rubber mat with rhomboidal design and chrome-plated rollers for protection at the infeed (two) and outfeed (one). The feed speed is adjustable between 5 and 25 m/min from the control panel.
• Cleaning brush unit. At the exit of the feed belt, the machine incorporates a motorised cleaning brush with a power of 0.37kW, designed to clean the parts after the sanding process.
• Safety features. It includes emergency mushrooms, a general connection switch, access doors with safety microswitches, key-operated opening handles and an adjustable front skirt.
