Frames milling machine: technical features

The G-300 Evo frames milling machine from Comeva Woodworking Machinery is a machine of high quality, robustness and precision. Its main technical features are listed below:

  • Working group. The machine is equipped with two independent work heads: one with two vertical milling motors for the machining of hinges and pockets, and the other with a rotating saw motor for the cutting of rebates and two horizontal saw motors for the making of the clip assembly groove.
  • Frames device with automatic positioning. The rebate clamping fixture is mounted on an automatically positioned drawer and adjusts itself to the length of the workpieces and the required machining operations. This functionality avoids bar positioning errors, preventing damage to the machine and ensuring accurate machining.
  • Rotating axis. Allows the motor to be positioned at any inclination in order to be able to cut the rebates. Positions from -90º to 90º.
  • Waste discharge conveyor. Facilitates the removal of waste material generated during rebate cutting.
  • Loading and unloading system. Composed of two vacuum bars located on the bridge, which pick up and transport the parts to the machining position.
  • Other features. Power milling motors (2×3,5Kw), saw motor (4Kw), maximum rebate length/height/width (3000mm/10-48mm/250mm), sliding bars (5+2 automatic positioning), CNC (Osai).
