Comeva Woodworking Machinery presents the new range of Alpha sanders for a perfect finish. These are sanders with maximum performance at an affordable price, ideal for high production lines.

The robust and compact Alpha sanders are available in three different models: Alpha 1100 R+RP sander, Alpha 1100 R+R+RP sander, Alpha 1300 R+RP sander. These machines incorporate the following groups:

• Roller group (R): consisting of a rubberised roller with a diameter of 190mm. The hardness of the rubber is 75 shores.
• Roller/Skate group (RP): combined group, consisting of a 165mm rubber roller with a rubber hardness of 75 shores and a removable aluminium skate.

These sanders feature a rigid surface feed table for greater stability, as well as a rubber mat with rhomboid shapes to facilitate the feeding of workpieces.

For optimum cleaning of the workpieces after the work has been completed, Comeva Alpha sanders are equipped with a cleaning brush at the exit of the feed table. They also include cleaning blowers, an oscillating cleaning system for the fixed belts for a perfect finish.
